2024 SENSITIVE DOCUMENT SHREDDING   

 At these one day recycling events, we will collect our regularly accepted recyclables as well as sensitive documents to be shredded.

Residents please be ready to clearly show your Identification indicating you reside within Northfield Township. This service is only for Northfield Township Residents. All others will be turned away.

Residents will be responsible for removing documents from their vehicles. Help is available if needed.

You are limited to a maximum of three (3) containers, such as paper grocery bags or computer paper boxes per vehicle/household/event.

Remove all paper clips, staples, metal binders and any other metal or plastic. Documents with these items will NOT be accepted. 

SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS ONLY - No junk mail, previously shredded paper, ads, books, newspapers & magazines etc.

NO BUSINESS SHREDDING IS ACCEPTED

Saturday, April 20 in partnership with the Village of Northbrook at the Northbrook Village Green, 9AM - 12PM;

Saturday, May 18  at the Northfield Twp. Road District garage, 237 Melvin Dr. in Northbrook, 9AM - 1PM;

Saturday, June 22 at the Northfield Twp. Road District garage, 237 Melvin Dr. in Northbrook, 9AM - 1PM;

Wednesday, July 24  at the North Shore Senior Center, 161 Northfield Rd., Northfield, 9AM - 1PM;

Saturday, August  17  at the Northfield Twp. Road District garage, 237 Melvin Dr. in Northbrook, 9AM - 1PM;

Saturday, September 21 at the Northfield Twp. Road District garage, 237 Melvin Dr. in Northbrook, 9AM - 1PM;

Saturday, October 26* at the Northfield Twp. Road District garage, 237 Melvin Dr. in Northbrook, 9AM - 1PM.
